COMPANY TERMS & CONDITIONS AND PRICING JANUARY 2020


ALL CARD PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO 1.75% TRANSACTION FEE
ANY PARKING FEES OR PERMITS NEEDED WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT

CALL OUT FEES DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS (08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Saturday)
  • £70.00 Attendance to include 1st hour on site & £30.00 for each hour after + materials.

CALL OUT FEES DURING OUT OF HOURS
  • £90.00 Attendance to include 1st hour on site & £40.00 for each hour after + materials.
  • Any further works needed will be discussed and agreed with the client prior to carrying out.
  • When booking in a job a payment to include the 1st hour is requested to secure the appointment prior to attending. 
    (If the payment method is cash this must be made on arrival).

CANCELLATION FEES
  • If appointment changes or a cancellation is requested this MUST be made within 48 hours of the appointment if not then the appointment is cancelled and the booking fee is non refundable.

WAITING TIMES
  • If 30 minutes has expired after the appointment and access has not been gained then the appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee is non refundable.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORTS 
  • 1 OR 2 BED FLAT TO INCLUDE 1ST CONSUMER UNIT OR 1ST 10 CIRCUITS. ADDITIONAL CIRCUITS WILL BE CHARGED AT £20.00 PER CIRCUIT -  £145.00 
  • 2 OR 3 BED HOUSE TO INCLUDE 1ST CONSUMER UNIT OR 1ST 10 CIRCUITS. ADDITIONAL CIRCUITS WILL BE CHARGED AT £20.00 PER CIRCUIT -  £195.00
  • Any further works needed will be discussed and agreed with the client prior to carrying out. (Any parts of the installation found to be dangerous will be made safe or isolated if necessary. Any safety issues will always be discussed with the client)

A full 5 page digital certificate will be sent to the client within 48 hours of full payment.
  • Larger properties/commercial works and 3rd party works certification will be quoted accordingly. 

INSTALLATION WORKS PRICING
  • All works above £400.00 will be subject to a 40% deposit prior to booking.
  • If a payment plan is applicable this will be discussed and agreed with the client prior and once works are complete and a full payment is made then all necessary certification will be issued and works notified to the relevant local authority within 48 hours. 
  • All cancellation fees stated above apply and if materials have been purchased then a handling fee may apply.  

WORKS GUARANTEE
  • All works are guaranteed for 12 months.
  • Note. If an issue is found to be unrelated to original works then call outs fees are applicable.
    Examples : Faulty appliances, blown lamps and 3rd party works.
  • Pricing is not negotiable once agreed and no credit is available .
